About this scheme

This Form Six Kiswahili scheme of work follows the competence-based planning format set out by the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) for Advanced Level. It covers advanced language skills — meaning and types of words, semantic relations (antonimia, homonimia, sinonimia, polisemia), technical vocabulary, grammar and standard language use, as well as the origin, dialects and spread of Kiswahili as a national language. Add your school name and confirm term dates before submitting it to your head of department.
