This Form Three Historia ya Tanzania scheme of work follows the competence-based planning format set out by the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE). It covers the history of nation-building and values in 1961–1966 (origins, structure and evaluation of the Union of Tanganyika and Zanzibar) and the origins of the Arusha Declaration (1967–1985).
