It sets out the topic and learning objectives, the teaching and learning activities, the resources needed, and how learning will be assessed. Where a scheme of work maps the whole year, the lesson plan turns one entry of that scheme into a lesson you can actually teach. Form Two lesson plans build directly on Form One foundations, moving into more applied and investigative topics.
