A scheme of work (azimio la kazi) is the term-by-term teaching plan a Form Two teacher follows across the academic year — mapping main and specific competencies, monthly and weekly pacing, teaching methods, learning resources, and assessment tools for every topic in the subject syllabus. Form Two builds directly on Form One foundations, moving into more applied and investigative topics across the sciences, humanities, languages and vocational-stream subjects.
